• Daily bank reconciliations for all locations.
• Manage accounts receivable across locations.
• Post manufacturer billing invoices and reconcile statements for all locations.
• Manage various accounting schedules and post adjustments as needed.
• Cross-train and back up other accounting positions.

• Manage Accounts Receivables across all locations
• Post the manufacturer billing invoices and reconcile manufacturer statements for all locations
• Manage a variety of different accounting schedules and post accounting adjustments as needed
• Cross-training and backing up other accounting positions as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines
• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Ability to effectively communicate between multiple dealerships and departments
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Proficient computer skills
• Accounting and/or dealership experience preferred, but we are willing to train and invest in the right candidate!
