Responsibilities
- Assist with project budgeting, invoicing and monthly status reports
- Assist with project coordination of document control, development and tracking of decision logs, action items, client and team meetings and organization and production of deliverables
- Maintain cost tracking and recover costs through delivery projects
- Pull and update reports on a weekly basis to support management
- Review, annotate and process expense documentation
- Assist in reviewing and validating credit card purchases
- Assist in maintaining accurate timecards for area staff
- Assist in maintaining local accounts payable by reviewing and processing invoices
- Assist in maintaining appropriate approvals for overhead costs
- Perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment
- Do routine work and follow detailed instructions
- Use computers to maintain financial records and accounting reports
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in cost accounting
- Interest in growing in cost accounting
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast‑paced environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, manage multiple projects independently
- An attitude and commitment to be an active participant of an employee‑owned culture is a must

Salary: $25.33 – $36.18 (full‑time regular positions; temporary and part‑time roles eligible for limited benefits)
