Tenth Revolution Group in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support ERP and financial systems. You will work with Accounting, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to improve system capabilities and enable data-driven decision making.

The role requires strong ERP experience, advanced SQL skills, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. This hybrid position offers onsite work four days per week and relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, CS or related field.

Responsabilités

• Support, administer, and enhance ERP and financial systems supporting Accounting and Finance operations.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL-based reporting and data solutions.
• Support custom internally developed applications and business-critical financial systems.
• Build and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and third-party applications.
• Participate in ERP upgrades, enhancements, and future ERP migration initiatives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support for financial systems users and resolve application-related issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and reporting solutions.
• Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to technology roadmap discussions and future-state ERP planning.

A leading global trading and investment firm is seeking a Finance Systems Analystto join its growing Finance Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-minded professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of Finance and Technology while supporting critical ERP platforms, reporting solutions, integrations, and financial applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong ERP experience with advanced SQL skills and the ability to work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Technology stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in enhancing current financial systems while helping prepare the organization for a future ERP transformation initiative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP, financial systems, or enterprise business applications.
• Advanced SQL experience with strong querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience supporting ERP administration, configuration, enhancements, and ongoing operations.
• Experience partnering directly with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, or related functions.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• T‑SQL experience.
• Experience with SSIS and ETL/data integration processes.
• Experience with SSRS and enterprise reporting tools.
• Experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense.
• ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration experience.
• Experience supporting highly customized application environments.
• Knowledge of international accounting processes, VAT, or GST.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, integrations, and business intelligence solutions.
