Tenth Revolution Group in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking an Accounting & Finance Systems Business Analyst to join the Back Office Technology team. You will support ERP, accounting, and financial systems across US and international operations.

The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Data, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, implement enhancements, and grow the platform. Hybrid work arrangement with strong SQL and ERP expertise preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or administering financial and accounting systems
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes
• Hands-on SQL experience with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and validate data
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering directly with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams

Responsabilidades

• Support and enhance ERP and financial systems across Accounting and Finance functions
• Partner with stakeholders supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Inventory processes
• Perform systems analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and production support activities
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
• Build and support integrations between internal applications and third-party systems
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives across the financial systems landscape
• Support the setup and growth of domestic and international business entities
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and operational process improvements

A highly successful and technology-driven financial services organization is seeking an Accounting & Finance Systems Business Analyst to join its Back Office Technology team. This individual will play a key role supporting and enhancing critical ERP, accounting, tax, and financial systems used across both U.S. and international business operations.

What You'll Do

• Support and enhance ERP and financial systems across Accounting and Finance functions

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Accounting users or working within Accounting and Finance organizations
• T-SQL experience
• Experience with integrations and ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Scribe, DTS, or similar technologies
• Exposure to BI and reporting platforms
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, or international accounting environments
• Knowledge of VAT, GST, or global financial operations
