Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to maintain financials and ensure accurate processing of monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements. You will work with the accounting team to support organizational goals and assist the executive team with budgeting and audits.

Some travel may be required. The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel and NetSuite skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field required.
• 1–2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel required.
• NetSuite or other accounting software experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle fast paced work environment.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial data for short- and long-range planning.
• Enhance existing reports to improve accuracy.
• Prepare monthly bank and GL account reconciliations.
• Daily cash applications to AR journal entries.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
• Assist in month end closing and year-end audit.
