Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to maintain financials, support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, and assist executives with budgeting and reporting. The role involves collaboration with the accounting team and alignment with organizational goals.

You will prepare reconciliations, analyze data for planning, and help support audits. Travel may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• NetSuite or other accounting software experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle fast paced work environment.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial data for short- and long-range planning.
• Enhance existing reports to improve accuracy.
• Prepare monthly bank and GL account reconciliations.
• Daily cash applications to AR journal entries.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Assist in month end closing and year-end audit preparations.
