Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the month-end close process, prepare journal entries for accruals and prepaids, and analyze monthly financial statements. The role requires 1–3 years of accounting or analytics experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

You will reconcile balance sheet accounts, explain variances, and collaborate with accounting and department leaders to strengthen forecasting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Required).
• 1–3 years of Financial Analytics, Accounting, or related experience (Required).
• Knowledge of month-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, and prepaids.
• Ability to analyze monthly statements and explain variances clearly.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries for accruals and prepaids.
