Job summary

Concacaf is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team in Miami. You will support revenue recognition, billing processes, AR aging, and month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and 1+ year of accounting/AR experience, proficient in Excel, Dynamics GP and Concur, and able to work in a fast-paced sports organization. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year accounting/AR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review revenue contracts for policy compliance before billing.
• Generate and process customer invoices with accurate GL coding.
• Maintain customer contract files and AR tracking.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past due accounts.
• Prepare weekly AR status reports for leadership.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Support external and internal audits with schedules.
