Accurate Personnel LLC in Lacey, WA is hiring an Accounting Analyst to join our team. This role will provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Accounting Analyst Supervisor and perform a variety of accounting tasks. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics is preferred.

Starting at $23/hour, paid weekly, with excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits. First shift schedule in a fulfilling role supporting DC operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Accounting Analyst Supervisor.
• Oversee that the purchase order procedures are followed by the DC.
• Complete 3-way matching verification for invoice payments.
• Order office products for DC and contact vendors.
• Standardize DC operational reports per client directives.
• Review staffing agency invoices.
• Consult with supervisors and DC management.
• Other duties as assigned.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST IN LACEY, WA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Analyst to join our team in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for providing Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports while completing a variety of additional accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in an accounting role, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics preferred.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $23/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift schedule
• Located in Lacey, WA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
• Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC.
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices.
• Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors.
• Facilitate the standardization of all DCs operational reports to be in line with client's Administrative Office directives.
• Review staffing agency invoices.
• Consults with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and All levels of DC Management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1-year experience with Accounting background
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics is preferred
• Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
• Good organizational skills and knowledge of DC operations
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines
