Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Analyst at DeliverSense, but applicants must be located in Arizona. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, reviewing customer deliverables, assisting in accounting automations, and upholding DeliverSense's standard for exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

How you'll add value:

1. Process and analyze customer data
2. Review client reconciliations and deliver to the client
3. Ensure customers are successful with the product and address concerns, questions or changes
4. Perform accounting-related tasks such as account reconciliation, sales tax filing or journal entry review
5. Provide accounting insights and research issues that arise

Qualifications

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2. Efficient and timely with deadlines and deliverables
3. Strong organization and time-management skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Comfort with virtual meetings and ability to coach and train
6. The ability to work independently without supervision
7. Strong technical aptitude with experience communicating across multiple platforms
8. Analytical skills for data analysis
9. 1+ years of accounting-related experience
10. Experience in the restaurant or tech industry is a plus
11. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or Associate level courses with related experience.
