• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Word, OneNote, Outlook; Hyperion FM is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review all service provider invoices for documentation, provisions, and approval prior to payment.
• Ensure proper entry of invoices and check requests into financial systems.
• Monitor and manage accounts, reconciling statements for timely payments.
• Identify unresolved payment issues and suggest process improvements.
• Promote compliance with company policies and integrity in tasks.
• Communicate with vendors and internal contacts about invoices; escalate as needed.
• Maintain vendor profiles and reconcile statements monthly/quarterly.
• Assist with ad-hoc data analysis and other management tasks.
• Support branch administration: visitor management, travel arrangements, events, and supplies.
