Job summary

347 Group, Inc. in Hawaii is seeking an Accounting Admin to support Accounts Payable, vendor setup and data entry. You will interact with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of accounting support experience and strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, with excellent customer service skills. We offer a benefits package and a conditional drug test/background check.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience performing accounting support including AP, AR, vendor setup, and project control activities
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal and external coworkers
• Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good math aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
