Job summary

Real Hires LLC is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant who takes ownership, improves processes, and supports multi-entity accounting operations. You’ll manage daily accounting, assist month-end close, and help the finance team work more efficiently.

You’ll use Sage Intacct, Excel, AI, and automation to enhance accuracy and speed, contributing to actionable insights while collaborating with a remote team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience — required.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
