We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accountant with a background in Real Estate or Property to join our thriving Real Estate Development firm. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire financial operations of the company's real estate portfolio.
• Use Sage 300 for various accounting tasks including A/R, A/P, and payroll.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and budgets.

• Conduct regular audits and create strategies to reduce financial risks.
• Work closely with the management to develop financial strategies and make key decisions.
