Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
• Process AP invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and vendor payments
• Research and resolve payroll, invoice, pricing, and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Support month-end close and GAAP-compliant accounting
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
• Support ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements
• Communicate financial results and issues to managers

Reporting to the Controller, you’ll work closely with operational leaders while helping keep financial processes accurate, efficient, and on schedule. This is a highly visible position with opportunities for upward growth. An accounting degree is preferred along with experience in ADP. What You’ll Do As The Plant’s Accountant
