Job summary

You will report to the Controller and contribute to month-end closes, GAAP-compliant accounting, and timely management reporting. A degree in accounting is preferred and experience with ADP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
• Process AP invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and vendor payments
• Research and resolve payroll, invoice, pricing, and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Support month-end close and GAAP-compliant accounting
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
• Support ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements
• Communicate financial results and issues to managers
