Array is seeking a Senior Accountant in Clayton, MO to support day-to-day accounting and the financial close, ensuring accurate US GAAP reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams and report to the Corporate Controller in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ERP experience, and CPA eligibility. You will prepare reconciliations, assist with audits and tax compliance, and help enhance processes through optimization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• CPA certification or CPA eligibility.
• Public accounting experience.
• Workday experience.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience supporting audits and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and other GL accounts.
• Support sales commission accounting, accruals, and reporting.
• Review invoices, expense reports for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Partner with AP/AR and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities.
• Participate in process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects.
