Job summary

The Only Facial is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, close processes, and multi-entity reporting from our Corporate Office. You will maintain financial records, ensure GAAP compliance, and support budgeting and forecasting with leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise. CPA preferred but not required; on-site work in Clayton, MO is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Experience working with multiple entities, locations, or franchise organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Record and reconcile all transactions (bank, credit card, loans).
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process and track intercompany transactions (corporate vs. franchise-related activity).
• Perform monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain and manage financial dimensions (locations, departments, entities).
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Track and reconcile franchise-related revenue (royalties, fees, marketing contributions).
• Support reporting by store, region, and ownership structure.
• Assist in creating scalable systems for multi-unit growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records.
