Job summary

Qualifications

• Good written communications as observed by detail and completeness of information provided on the state application.
• Experience with providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Researches, corrects or returns rejected/error transactions through automated systems using knowledge of fundamental procedures.
• Audits records for accuracy and compliance with standards and procedures.
• Develops, assists and interprets policies, procedures, rules, regulations or standards to others (for example staff, individuals, vendors).
• Communicates on a complex level with others to provide, exchange, verify information, answer inquiries, address issues or resolve problems or complaints.
• Provides intermediate level technical assistance to others on policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards or requirements.
• Prepare moderately complex ongoing or special narrative or statistical reports.
