Formación

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Overtime may be needed during peak periods.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Create Statutory annual and quarterly statement schedules focusing on Notes and General interrogatories by gathering information from data sources and consolidating responses.
• Create recurring journal entries based on standard monthly support and serve as the point person for ad-hoc entries.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for the team to review and answer follow-up questions.
• Generate ERP data requests with proper formatting for end users.
• Help organize and execute complex state filing schedules.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Assist with gathering PBC items for internal and external audits as directed.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes with team members.
• Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as requested.
