Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions, deposits, and credit card activity per revenue policies.
• Manage AP inboxes in Coupa and review invoices for policy compliance.
• Prepare journal entries in Sage Intacct and support revenue recognition.
• Record prepaid postage, wire transfers, and intercompany transfers.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support cardholder activity in WellsOne.
