Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organization and high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Basic accounting knowledge; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations for accuracy.
• Research discrepancies and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on processes.
• Cross-train in other accounting areas.
