Job summary

AUX AIR USA is seeking an Accounting professional in New Jersey to manage daily accounting activities, month-end closing, and maintain accurate financial records. The role covers journal entries, reconciliations, AP, vendor payments, and inventory accounting, including COGS.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2-5 years' experience, and fluency in English and Chinese to support multinational operations. This position is on-site in South Plainfield, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, inventory accounting, and month-end closing.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese required.

The Accounting role is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, month-end closing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position handles journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable, vendor payments, and inventory accounting, including COGS and inventory reconciliations. The role also supports financial reporting, tax filings, audits, and external accounting partners. In addition, the position provides financial analysis to management, maintains accurate ERP data, and contributes to finance process improvements and other accounting projects.
