Job summary

GRAND VIEW CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking a bilingual Accountant (English/Chinese) to handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and management support with accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate will have a accounting background, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software. Your role includes collaboration with bilingual stakeholders and supporting audits and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience; hospitality/real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, M3, or similar software.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
