North America Cabinetry Group, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidations on-site in Orlando. The role requires GAAP expertise, 1+ year of accounting experience, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Candidates must be able to relocate to Orlando, FL prior to starting work. You will collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial reporting, handle AR/AP, and support budgets and audits in a fast-growing, globally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of GAAP accounting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer service to collect and process payments.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain timely communication with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly financial reports as requested by headquarters.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Verify transaction information and prepare disbursements to pay invoices with required approvals.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.

We are a rapidly growing cabinetry wholesaler that provide great products for contractors, stores, builders and remodelers. As we scale, we are seeking an Accountant to help drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and support our international growth.

Job Summary:

The Accountant will play a key role in managing the full-cycle accounting process, month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and handling multi-entity consolidations. This position requires expertise in account reconciliations, AR, AP, and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, globally expanding business.

Responsibilities
