Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Audit daily operational activity to identify missing or inaccurate information.
• Research discrepancies and work with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Prepare accurate customer billing based on individual client requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and translating their billing requirements into internal processes.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly statements for contract carriers.
• Review contract information and multiple data points to validate appropriate rates.
• Calculate and summarize driver payroll involving multiple rates, calculations, and differentials.
• Partner closely with operations and other teams to keep information accurate and deadlines on track.

You’ll work with large amounts of operational and financial data, partner closely with internal teams, and play an important role in making sure billing, payroll calculations, and customer information are accurate.
