What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and drive month‑end closing activities, including journal entries and general ledger accuracy.
  • Lead the inventory financial process: standard costing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze revenue and expense reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and treasury teams to ensure financial alignment.
  • Support internal and external audits, forecasting, and ad‑hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 3 + years of multi‑faceted accounting and business related experience.
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross‑functional environments.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA).
  • Prior experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems.
  • Flexible and dependable in a fast‑paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Problem‑solving mindset, with experience resolving issues related to inventory, invoicing, and general accounting.

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at ourGreene, NYoffice and work remotely Thursday/Friday upon completion of training.
  • Typical first shift hours of8AM to 5PM

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
