Job summary

Framatome in Lynchburg, Virginia, is seeking an Integrated Outage Manager for a part-time role within the IBS Business Line. You will interface with Alliance partners and customers on all work scopes, including profit, long-term planning, and performance improvements.

Expect travel up to 100% and a focus on improving fleet performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience, or an advanced degree in a similar field.

• Establish Key Performance Metrics reported monthly, quarterly, and annually to assess Alliance health.
• Produce a business plan to meet corporate financial targets.
• Provide meaningful performance feedback to appropriate line management.
• Solve complex customer issues to improve fleet performance and grow the Company’s scope of supply.

As an Integrated Outage Manager, you will be part of the proven team in the IBS Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This position is the primary Framatome interface for all work scopes with our Alliance partners/customers including overall Alliance profit and loss, long term planning, and performance improvement. Your work will include:

• Envision, define, and execute the strategic plans necessary for improving customer performance in order to meet or exceed specified targets.
  
• Develop and manage a program to establish/maintain strong client relationships.
• Gather and share strategic information in order to ensure major programs are managed effectively by cross-functional teams.
• Establish Key Performance Metrics reported monthly, quarterly, and annually to assess Alliance health.

Your total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $62.30 - $84.80 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
