Job summary

Outova in Texas is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You’ll handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, AP/AR support, and inventory and tax filings, while collaborating across departments to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, UKG HRIS is a plus, and strong GAAP knowledge, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• HRIS experience — UKG is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organization & problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.

What We’re Looking For:
