Job summary

Walrath Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to process and post vendor invoices accurately in a high-volume environment, review invoices for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.

You will manage customer accounts, perform collections and month-end close tasks, assist with financial reporting, and support internal departments. The role requires 2+ years in General Accounting, AP/AR, SAP experience preferred, and advanced Excel skills; strong communication and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and/or Accounts Receivable required.
• SAP accounting software experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
