This role works closely with Senior Account Executives to assist existing customers, resolve account issues, and help prepare proposals and materials for prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Provide day-to-day support to Senior Account Executives.
• Analyze customer concerns and assist with resolving problems.
• Assist with studies and analyses used to determine customer incentives.
• Develop and prepare proposals for customer leads on behalf of Account Executives.
• Prepare reports and process forms and other documentation.
• Review and audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform general administrative duties including distributing mail, filing, scanning, faxing, data entry and processing forms.
