Job summary

ACV Auctions seeks an Account Support Representative to assist car dealerships nationwide. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve inquiries with Salesforce and internal tools, and support customers through pre- and post-sales processes.

The role emphasizes professional communication, collaboration with multiple departments, and adherence to SLA targets. Schedule is 9am–2pm on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat with Wed and Sun off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Receive inbound calls from ACV customers.
• Resolve inquiries using Salesforce and internal ACV tools.
• Perform outbound calls to resolve issues when needed.
• Document activities and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure repeat business.
