Job summary

ACV Auctions seeks an Account Support Representative to assist car dealerships across the U.S. with inbound calls and emails, aiming to resolve inquiries and ensure repeat business.

You will use Salesforce and internal tools to document activities and deliver pre- and post-sales support in a collaborative team setting. Ideal candidates have strong English skills, a HS diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking essential.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year admin or customer service experience.
• Team player with mentoring and collaboration.
• Strong time management, prioritization.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs, GSuite and MS Office.
• Ability to sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound customer support via phone and email.
• Resolve inquiries using Salesforce and internal tools.
• Document activities and strategies in Salesforce.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed SLA resolutions.
• Communicate with owners and decision makers professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
