GreatAmerica Financial Services Corporation is seeking an Account Support Advisor to manage inbound interactions and assist customers across end-user inquiries, collections, and account relations within granted authority. Responsibilities include invoicing, updating account information, understanding agreement terms and end-of-term options, and delivering timely, personable customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and familiarity with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Inbound customer service interactions with the goal of one call resolution.
• Provide professional oral and written correspondence with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions.
• Understand the various types of agreements and the end of term process for each.
• Meet or exceed daily core responsibilities.
• Complete basic team tasks.
• Abide by account security procedures for all interactions.
• Coordinate workflow with fellow ASAs to balance workload.
