GreatAmerica is seeking an Account Support Advisor in a hybrid role to handle inbound customer inquiries, payments, and account terms. You will deliver professional written and verbal communication, support collections, and maintain strong customer relations while adhering to company standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to achieving team goals. The role emphasizes detail orientation, multi-tasking, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience desired.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Inbound customer service interactions with the goal of one call resolution.
• Provide professional oral and written correspondence with customers and cross functional partners.
• Consultative approach to identify solutions for customer needs.
• Understand end of term processes for various agreements and related terms.
• Process payments and explain end of term options.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests with a personable, timely approach.
