Qualifications

• 6–8 years of analytics, measurement, insights, or digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop measurement strategies and KPI frameworks across integrated programs.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Hands-on experience with media monitoring, social listening, and influencer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy and KPI frameworks for client programs across channels.
• Develop integrated measurement plans with goals, benchmarks, and data sources.
• Provide audience, cultural, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
• Serve as the primary measurement lead on client accounts and present results.
• Oversee reports and dashboards to tell a strategic story, not just numbers.
• Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Design testing programs and translate results into strategic direction.
• Mentor Data Analysts and ensure data governance and quality.
