Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in analytics, measurement, insights, or digital marketing, with agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience developing measurement strategies and KPI frameworks across integrated programs (PR, influencer, social, and paid).
• Demonstrated ability to generate audience, cultural, and competitive insights that have shaped campaign strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with media monitoring, social listening, and influencer platforms (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Traackr).
• Deep understanding of paid media, social, and influencer metrics, and how they connect to business outcomes.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for senior, non‑technical audiences.
• Confidence leading client conversations and pushing back constructively when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling, survey research, or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measurement Strategy & Frameworks: Lead development of measurement strategies and KPI frameworks across client programs; define goals, benchmarks, data sources, and success criteria with account teams; establish agency‑wide standards for earned, owned, shared, and paid media measurement; advise on attribution and incrementality approaches.
• Audience & Strategic Insights: Deliver audience, cultural, and competitive insights; lead social listening and media analysis; develop landscape and benchmarking analyses; partner with strategy, creative, and account teams; support issues and reputation monitoring.
• Performance Analysis & Client Leadership: Serve as primary measurement lead on accounts; oversee recurring reports and campaign wrap‑ups; identify optimization opportunities across channels; design and oversee testing programs; own client dashboards and data aggregation; mentor Data Analysts; ensure accuracy and strategic value.
• New Business & Agency Growth: Play active role in pre‑pitch insights; contribute to thought leadership and case studies; educate account teams on metrics and performance storytelling.
