Job summary

5W Public Relations LLC is seeking an Account Supervisor in Miami to lead measurement and insights for an integrated client portfolio. You will own how success is defined, tracked, and communicated across PR, influencer, social, and paid media programs, turning data into actionable recommendations.

You will build dashboards, guide junior analysts, and shape the growth of the Measurement & Insights practice within the agency.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in analytics, measurement, insights, or digital marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop measurement strategies and KPI frameworks across PR, influencer, social, and paid programs.
• Demonstrated ability to generate audience, cultural, and competitive insights that shape strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy and KPI framework development for client programs.
• Build integrated measurement plans at campaign onset with goals and data sources.
• Establish agency-wide standards for earned, owned, shared, and paid media measurement.
