In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-level projects. You are diligent in following up on key accounts while prioritizing business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of advances in the medical communications space. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting senior leads in developing and executing broad communication strategies for mid-level and large biotech clients, including corporate and scientific narratives, brand rollouts, executive visibility, milestone announcements, and internal communications.
  2. Developing internal and external communications such as disease factsheets, animations, corporate messaging, executive social media content, briefing materials, and presentation slides.
  3. Demonstrating robust, cross-functional project management to ensure timely delivery of flawless materials and counsel across corporate communications, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership, internal communications, and media relations.
  4. Reviewing and overseeing the development of timelines, calendars, action plans, agendas, call notes, and overall account support materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in medical communication, marketing, advertising, or healthcare, with project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:

The annual base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. Additional bonuses or commissions may apply based on performance.
