In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-level projects. You are diligent in following up on key accounts while prioritizing business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of advances in the medical communications space. You will:

1. Support senior leads in developing and executing broad communication strategies for mid-level and large biotech clients, including corporate and scientific narratives, brand refinement and rollouts, executive visibility, corporate and data milestone announcements, and internal communications.
2. Develop internal and external communications such as disease factsheets, animations, corporate messaging, executive social media content, briefing materials, and presentation slides.
3. Demonstrate robust, cross-functional project management ensuring timely delivery of flawless materials and counsel to support corporate communications, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership, internal communications, and media relations.
4. Review and oversee the development of timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, call notes, and overall account support materials.

Minimum qualifications include:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. 4+ years of relevant experience in medical communication, marketing, advertising, or healthcare, with experience in project management and timeline development.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The annual base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include performance-based bonuses or commissions.
