You will lead messaging strategies, collaborate with medical, legal, regulatory, and creative teams, and ensure campaigns meet regulatory standards while driving brand growth through year-end objectives.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in pharmaceutical advertising agencies.
• Proven expertise in HCP-focused writing.
• Strong conceptual, strategic, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in major promotional initiatives.
• Ability to independently oversee multiple projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop HCP-focused print and digital marketing materials across multiple therapeutic areas, including psoriasis, hemophilia, and snake antivenom products, supporting both new product launches and lifecycle updates.
• Design messaging frameworks, campaign ideas, and integrated communication plans.
• Collaborate with creative, medical, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Oversee and review creative work to maintain quality and compliance.
• Simplify complex clinical information into compelling brand stories.
• Manage the execution of integrated HCP campaigns across web, email, sales aids, detail pieces, brochures, and other promotional tactics, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including medical, legal, regulatory, and agency stakeholders to deliver high-volume marketing initiatives on accelerated timelines, supporting ongoing brand growth through year-end.
