Job summary

Pioneer Title Agency in Arizona is looking for an on-site Account Servicing Representative to join our Account Servicing team. You will set up new accounts, service seller carry back and private loans, process requests, and manage payments, lien releases, and impound accounts.

Ideal applicants demonstrate strong oral and written communication, exceptional organization, basic banking knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Description:

This position works as a member of the Account Servicing team, setting up and servicing seller carry back and private loans. Successful candidates are dependable, cooperative, diligent, detailed, disciplined, and have excellent customer service skills.

Typical duties of the position may include:
