Job summary

Solo Printing, LLC is seeking an Account Services Representative to be the primary liaison between customers and our production teams. You will manage project status, gather requirements, and ensure accurate scheduling to keep workloads on track.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service, excellent communication, and fluency in English. Experience in commercial printing is a plus; strong organization and proactive problem‑solving are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production teams regarding project status, timelines, changes, and required information.
• Gather and verify all job requirements with customers prior to production to ensure accuracy.
• Enter detailed job specifications into internal systems and confirm proper scheduling within the production queue.
• Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
• Identify and resolve job-related issues by collaborating with internal departments and recommending effective solutions.
• Track and reconcile final production runs to ensure accurate documentation for billing purposes.
• Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and job records with accurate, current information.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams, as well as carriers, to expedite and track shipments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Account Services Manager and Sales team.

Pay

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)
