Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; prior sales experience.
• Able to operate office software and customer account systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls for new service, billing inquiries, and plan changes.
• Process new service requests, account updates, disconnects, and deposit requirements accurately.
• Promote West Carolina services and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation in company systems.
