Kinder Morgan, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Account Services Analyst to manage invoicing, training, and revenue-related tasks for the South Region Pipelines.

You will handle monthly invoices, respond to inquiries, review receivables, and help identify new business solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Marketing or closely related discipline.
• Highly motivated individual with the initiative and ability to work through complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn proprietary computer systems.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas.
• Detail oriented, yet able to illuminate the larger picture.
• Resourceful with an ability to gather, synthesize and disseminate information.
• Ability to manage stressful situations with critical deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare and evaluate monthly natural gas transportation invoices in compliance with Tariffs and SOx controls.
• Train internal/external customers about services offered, information and reports available.
• Respond to and resolve invoicing inquiries and issues.
• Review and reporting of Account Receivables.
• Support existing and identify new business solutions.
• Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and timely in compliance with tariffs.
• Provide timely responses to customer questions and issues related to invoicing.
• Train customers on transportation service details and proprietary systems.
• Monitor LNG production and storage activity and assist customers with managing LNG activity.
• Support revenue and allocation processes within the DART system.
• Ensure SOx controls documentation and evidence of compliance.
