Kinder Morgan is seeking an Account Services Analyst to manage monthly invoicing, customer inquiries, and revenue reporting for the South Region Pipelines. The role is based in Birmingham, AL with a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday–Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday).

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of DART or related systems a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing or closely related field.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas.

Mansioni

• Prepare and evaluate monthly natural gas transportation invoices in compliance with tariffs and SOx controls.
• Train internal/external customers on services and available reports.
• Respond to and resolve invoicing inquiries and issues.
• Review and report accounts receivable.
• Support revenue and allocation processes within DART system.
• Generate revenue reports and monitor performance throughout the year.
