Fotona USA seeks an Associate Account Advisor at our Irving, Texas headquarters to drive revenue across service and product lines, including extended warranties, maintenance, trainings, handpieces, scanners and accessories. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers weekly and pursue new prospects through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and qualifications.

You'll document interactions, support the team during ERP transition, and apply consultative selling to tailor Fotona solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to drive revenue with service contracts and product offerings.
• Ability to commute to Irving, TX HQ and perform field outreach.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue through extended warranties, service plans, and training.
• Manage 150+ outbound touches weekly with existing customers.
• Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers for Fotona solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
