Fotona USA is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to aggressively prospect and develop new Dental customers in the Arizona & New Mexico Territory. This role offers a competitive salary plus uncapped commissions and a monthly car allowance, with comprehensive benefits.

You will drive outbound B2B sales, manage CRM-driven activity, and travel within the territory to meet clients and attend national events.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience preferred.
• Capital equipment, durable medical equipment, or dental sales is a plus.
• Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales strategies.
• Excellent phone, email, and in-person sales and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate professionalism and build trust with Fotona’s customer base.
• Manage high-volume cold calls to dental practices.
• Identify decision-makers and evaluate buying processes.
• Determine customer needs and identify Fotona solutions.
• Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows.
• Build networks within the territory and dental industry.
• Record all prospects, leads, and activities using CRM.
• Manage marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities.
• Stay knowledgeable on Fotona products and services.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Represent Fotona with integrity and professionalism.
