Fotona is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow Dental customer relationships in the Tennessee and Kentucky territory. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals, while representing Fotona’s advanced laser technology to dental practices.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, demonstrations at events, and collaboration with internal teams. Travel and evenings/weekends may be required to meet targets and attend national trade shows.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in outbound B2B sales, preferably in capital equipment or dental sales.
• Proven ability to generate qualified appointments and close deals.
• Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Experience with CRM and documentation.

• Demonstrate professionalism and build trust with Fotona’s customer base.
• Manage high-volume cold calls to dental practices.
• Identify decision-makers and evaluate buying process.
• Determine prospects' needs and propose solutions.
• Perform product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows.
• Build networks within organization and dental industry.
• Record and track all prospects and activities in CRM.
• Leverage warm lists to uncover sales opportunities.
• Stay knowledgeable about Fotona products and laser dentistry.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; represent Fotona with integrity.
