Overview
Empire Office is currently seeking an Account/Senior Account Coordinator to join our growing team in our Hollywood, Florida office. This role requires in-office presence four days a week and is responsible for providing high-level customer service, including quote and order entry, order status updates, and punch list follow-up. The Coordinator will also support the sales team and ensure that we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations through timely communication and follow-through. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
